As Operations Manager, you are responsible for leading the daily operations of our trailer business in Vlaardingen. Together with your team, you ensure that customer needs are translated into efficient internal processes. You act as the key link between customers, customer service, planning, sales, and international stakeholders. Thanks to your analytical mindset and strong leadership skills, operations run smoothly from planning to delivery.

What will you do?

·         Lead, coach, and develop the Customer Service team

·         Work closely with the Planning team to ensure operational efficiency

·         Collaborate with local and UK management on short- and mid-term planning

·         Ensure delivery of monthly and annual budgets

·         Participate in tenders and provide ad-hoc pricing

·         Develop, implement, and review operational policies and procedures

·         Negotiate yearly rates and terms with partners

·         Resolve major claims and customer complaints

·         Identify opportunities for operational improvement and growth
